    I recently have been saving up vbucks because I own save the world,

    i had 740 vbucks and when i logged in. I came back later and im left with 140.

    nothing was bought, i checked.

    Thank you Paul. I will request a callback from support.

    Unfortunately, each time I have requested a refund using the virtual agent channel, Microsoft takes my money from my Fortnite V-Bucks and gives it back to me and calls it a refund.

    Now I'm also missing two skins purchased using V-Bucks.

    If it does, quit the game, sign out of your console, restart it and sign back in. Then check the vbucks shows up.
