Double Charged - Bought Fortnite V-bucks

Thank you Paul. I will request a callback from support.

Unfortunately, each time I have requested a refund using the virtual agent channel, Microsoft takes my money from my Fortnite V-Bucks and gives it back to me and calls it a refund.

Now I'm also missing two skins purchased using V-Bucks.

Please confirm the purchase shows as complete here https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

If it does, quit the game, sign out of your console, restart it and sign back in. Then check the vbucks shows up.

    Missing my V bucks

Check if your account got charged. If it did then no one can give you the vbucks except epic games support.
