Missing two preorder game rewards

I preordered Battlefront 2 and Call of Duty: WWII and did not get credit for them for the Preorder Punchcard, but I did get credit for preordering The Sims 4.

Can I please get this fixed?

For the preorder rewards I had preorder 3 games but it says I only preordered Twi

for the Xbox rewards for preordering 3 games I had preorder mafia 3, Dragonball Xenoverse and COD IW and when I go on my rewards it says I have two out of three but as I scroll down and see what games are available it says the three games I listed above
and marked as preorder.

Missing E3 MixPot Rewards

Hello I only got a message saying an outer wilds preorder was added to my account - I’m missing all other rewards for the E3 and inside XBox mixpots - gamertag . Thanks

As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since only one of your purchases was within the offer period, you have not yet completed this offer.

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

That's referring to the Destiny punchcard offer through the Microsoft Rewards program (preorders did not count for that offer, you had to purchase the game after release), not the Xbox Rewards program. The two programs are different. For the Xbox Rewards
program, the only offer to receive credits for Destiny was the Games on Demand punchcard which involved preordering 3 games.

If you want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to do so through their contact link on their redemption page.

I just went further back through my history and I do see rewards deposited in the beginning of February, but a rewards rep told me that rewards wouldn't be deposited until a couple weeks AFTER the third preordered game had been released which is why i'm
confused here.

I only preordered two games end of January and none in February, so did I somehow receive the rewards early??

We responded to your post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/4a90ca88-2e05-46ab-ab39-e7a4fcc22ee8). I can confirm that the Credits were placed as pending into your
account as pending on November 15th. However, it was labeled as our default MicrosoftStore.com offer and not the unique Watch Dogs 2 offer. However, the offers are the same. Since you are a Rewards member, using one of these offers awards you 15,000 Credits
instead of $10 gift cards. The 15,000 Credits were deposited into your account on November 23rd. This Credit event can be reviewed from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

Support will double check everything, but keep in mind that as a rewards member you receive the 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift code.
