    Missing Total Rewards? (Gems)


    Just checked my "Rewards" or "MyVip" on the Xbox website. It says I've had a lifetime of "62,799 credits earned" throughout my 4-5 years playing, but I only have around 5k in the vault? Any help? I've never been on this page before let alone purchase anything?

    Missing Gems

    I recently reviewed the process for receiving gems and I believe I am quite a bit short on my total. For reaching the top achievement tier, I should have been awarded a total of 1000 (across all tier rewards). I'm not sure if I've missed any other +1 or
    +2s from earning extra Gamerscore or anything. If it was 2 points per 1000 Gamerscore, that would be another 380 or so. It is also difficult to track gems earned for spending money on the marketplace.

    Currently, my total is in the 800-900 range. Can I get a review of my account and any missing Gems awarded?

    Xbox Rewards "Deposited"

    Those are for gems which are not the same as rewards credits. Credits usually are automatically added to your account. Gems that are listed as deposited are from offers that automatically add them to your account, so you're not missing anything there. There
    are a few gem offers that require you to claim the gems instead of automatically adding to your total. So those are listed as claimed instead of deposited.

    Gems only started on October 1. So you would not have been awarded for anything done prior to that date.

    Hello OfficialDarku,

    Credits and Gems are not the same. The amount being displayed on your vault page is your current Gem total, not your Credits.

    All those Gems have been deposited and are part of your Gem total on the Vault page. Since Perks must be claimed manually from the Rewards page, they are labeled as "Claimed" and not "deposited", since the process was not automatic.
