    Missing Tokens for Download of Gears of War previous versions


    Purchased Gears of War 4, purchase took me to this page:

    This page indicates that codes will be sent out to download the previous versions of Gears of War. I have not received these tokens yet.

    The most recent support rep, and I have spoke to three now, told me it will absolutely come within seven to ten days from date of purchase. Today is day 12. They advised I post here for support after day 10.

    • Promotion name: “Free Gears of War 3, Gears of Way 2, Gears of War, and Gears of War Judgement codes with digital purchase and pre-order of Gears of War 4”
    • Date of purchase: August 2nd
    • Issue:
      • “I have not received my Gears of War 3,2, 1, or Judgement code after 10 calendar days.”

    Gears of War ultimate edition tokens

    I purchased the gears of war ultimate edition when it came out. I have only received gears of war 3 token and Gears of War Judgment token. I'm missing gears of war 2 token. I received the tokens by console messaging. I would like my gears of war 2 TOKEN

    Codes for that offer haven't gone out yet and they haven't actually announced exactly when they will be sent out except that it will be closer to when Gears 4 is released.

    As Smwutches said above, nothing has been sent out for that pre-order yet. Also, from the link you provided:

    Physical copies of the game will come with codes for each of the four titles to download via Xbox Live.
    For those who purchase digitally, your codes will be sent via Xbox Live message – we’ll be sharing more information on digital distribution closer to launch.

    The Standard Edition is the base version of the game, arriving October 11th, 2016.
    We don't have any further information to share regarding this promotion at this time. You'll want to keep an eye on that Gears of War page for additional information as we get closer to launch.

    the tokens for downloading the previous Gears of War games are being sent through in waves through the xbox live in-dash messaging system. they should reach you within a month of when you purchased Gears of War 4. please see microsoft.com/store/p/Gears-of-War-4/9NBLGGH4PBBM

    Codes for the previous Gears of War titles are being sent out in waves to people who have purchased Gears of War 4. You should receive them within 1 month.

    See the following page, with some text further down stating:

    "Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption."
