Missing things on Xbox Rewards

Discus and support Missing things on Xbox Rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I would like to know when the 3rd tier would appear on the rewards.     Missing things on Xbox Rewards


    I would like to know when the 3rd tier would appear on the rewards. I have unlocked 12 achievements within this past week and don't see the rewards being unlocked. Also I don't see my vip rank bar moving up, even though I purchased a good amount of games.

    Hello Malax013,

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a delay in processing due to some server maintenance. We see that your offers have now been completed. Once our servers can process that you have completed tier 1-3, you should see the bonus completion Credits.
    Regarding your VIP bar, keep in mind that pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and do not award progress or payback, so your 49.96 in spending would only be about 2% progress.

    Rewards Credits are not sent via email. The only thing you would have missed is your Rewards statements, which is just a monthly snapshot of what is shown on your MyRewards page.

    How do you feel about Xbox Rewards?

    At first i missed Xbox rewards. Microsoft rewards system seemed a lot worse at the start but its a lot better now.

    Earning reward points while gaming with Xbox Gamepass is awesome.
