    Missing the Warframe FREEdom reward? (75 platinum)


    I've completed the Xbox FREEdom 5 achievement reward for Warframe but no news or emails on the 75 platinum. FAQ said within 96 hours, but its been long past that. What's going on here? I've contacted two support chats and phone lines and Im really getting
    tired of being pushed from person to person on this. Yes its free reward but princibles.

    Never Received Warframe FREEdom Reward

    I never received the Warframe freedom reward of 75 platinum even though I completed the requirements before the deadline.

    Warframe: missing platinum after purchase

    On April 24 2016 I purchased one 75 platinum and one 170 platinum on the marketplace but when I got back on warframe I was missing my platinum so I went back to the marketplace and tried to buy them again but I was still missing my platinum. When I checked
    my email I had the receipts for them but no platinum on warframe.

    The token code for redemption of your platinum can be found on the FREEdom Rewards page from your MyMissions page.

    The platinum is given via a redeemable code, and is not automatically Credited. You can find this code on the FREEdom Rewards mission page (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/) in the Warframe
    section. There is a button there that takes you to the redemption page.
