Missing The Division activation code

I preordered The Division on July 28, 2014. That's well over a year. I saw that there was an Alpha release for the game and the only way to get in is if you preordered the game. I contacted them as to why I was not given a code, they asked for an activation
code given when preordering the game. I was never given the activation code, just a receipt saying the game was preordered. How do I get that code?

That's the "warning" for trying to play missing Content, not the Activation of a Code itself. What did the Code say when you entered it?

I had received a message with an activation code for 1 free month of XBL gold. The other day I logged on to redeem, and all inbox messages are missing, including the code. Are there any ways to recover the messages? TYIA

We don't have any codes to provide for The Division alpha. It looks like that offer is only through their website I'm afraid.
