Pre-orderd Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition, still missing the pre order bonus DLC: The Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack.

Missing Pre-order bonus DLC for Gears of War 4

Pre-orderd the game in Microsoft store and I recived previous Gears games codes, but not the promised pre-order DLC: Brothers to the end elite gear pack.

Microsoft support told me to come here. I to ordered off amazon but no code for brothers to the end elite gear pack please some one help?

 

Where did you pre-order Gears of War 4? If you purchased a physical copy from a 3rd party retailer, you'll need to reach out to them to inquire. If you pre-ordered digitally through the Xbox Store, the content should be located in your 'Ready to install'
section when your select 'Manage game' on Gears of War 4. For more information, please read our Gears

I preorderd a physical copy from Microsoft store and I'm still missing my Pre order bonus Brothers to the end gear pack that was promised to all pre orders.

Yesterday I recived 4 codes for Gears 1-3 and Judgement which I got a code for in my disc and thats not what I'm asking for.

All I whant is my pre order DLC pack.

not have visibility on purchases through the Microsoft Store, and they are fulfilling these codes over email. Check your email to make sure the code hasn't come through already, including your junk folders, and if you are unable to locate a code you will want
to follow that link to get in touch with the Microsoft Store.

Im in Contact with support and Belle told me to write here, after that I got old gears codes which are wrong.

Still in Contact with support in Email, but also answering here.

There are nothing in Junk mail and most codes from M-soft comes with Xbox live chat. Easier to redeem codes that way.

Tried talking to my contrys store support and they too send me here to wright and get help.

The skins can't even be created or get in a box, the only way to get them are through this promotion.
