    So earlier this month it said I had 17,000 credits that would be posted into my account by the 15th. However they are still missing

    My Reward Credits have not deposited into my account and it is now 2 days past day.

    I have 24,000 reward credits that are in my account at the moment. They were deposit earlier this month and were supposed to auto deposit on the 15th. It is now the 17th and it is 2 DAYS overdue. Please help me get these reward credits coverted/redeemed
    into my account so I may use them like I am supposed to. If I have to wait till April I would like to talk to someone that can fix this quickly.

    Xbox Rewards didn't deposit

    Hi!

    My Xbox Rewards Credit was supposed to deposit into my account on November 15th, but did not. I wanted to use this Credit for the upcoming Black Friday sale.

    Please help!?

    You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you. Keep in mind that if you got to 5,000 pending credits after March 1, they would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

    Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and
    30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So since the credits were added on the 5th, they are scheduled to be deposited with the end of the month deposit. There is no way to have them deposited any sooner.

    Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first, but they would still be deposited on the scheduled deposit dates.
    Ah man!... So you mean once I get my 15000 credits before the 15th of march and redeem them before that.... I wont get the credits before the 15th???

    Darn it.... I'm gonna miss out on pre-order =(

    Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you reach 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    If your credits were pending after December 15, they are scheduled to be deposited on January 12. If they were pending before the 15th and did not deposit on the 29th, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check your account.

    They are supposed to be deposited on the 15th and 30th of every month. They should have been deposited in my account, too! Today is the 15th!

    If Credits are awarded between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the end of the month. If they are pending between the 15th and 31th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. Since your Credits were awarded on March 16th, they are scheduled
    to be deposited on April 12th.
