    Missing Tera E3 Mixpot Bundle


    Hello Xbox Support,

    I have contacted twitter got in touch with the Mixer Support via email and i got in touch with twitter again and they told me to reach you guys , my issue is i did not receive the promised Tera Bundle for the E3 Mixpot but i have received everything else
    . Halo,gears and outer wilds pre order which means i entered for the mixpot .

    Please help me out since the tera bundle was my most wanted item.

    I watched the 2 mixer streams for E3 and didn't get any of the mixpot items. I was watching them with my fiancee and her account got the first set only but my account didn't get either? what can be done to get this items?

    Hey That Man Diesel,

    Regarding your first issue with TERA, you will need to go find the pack in the mail box in-game. As for the Neon Ninja issue, you can get access to that class from the class selection screen within the in-game menu. To have access
    to all of your available classes, the tutorial must be completed first. However, if you are still experiencing the same behavior, please reach out to the publisher for further assistance.
