    Missing tenures badge on my profile :( Please help!!


    Ok i'm freaking out a little. I've had Xbox live for over 10 years and i didnt realise that over the last year my subscription didn't auto renew, it seems like i've been using my brothers subscription as i've been playing on his home xbox. I didn't think anything of it and renewed back to Xbox ultimate again. However, my tenure badge that displays how many years i've had xbox live is missing!!... It's something that i've always been proud of and its genuinely upset me that i might have lost it!! I've spoken to xbox support and they have directed me to the xbox insider subreddit so i'm going to be posting the same on there.. But i'm desperate for any help at all in retrieving my badge!! Missing tenures badge on my profile :( Please help!! :(

    There's really no way to force it back. If you just recently resubscribed, it can typically take at least 1 billing cycle (1 month) to show back up.

    Xbox Community Level - Tenure still not showing, still can't access ambassador forums

    Hey there Weezleram,

    You'll be able to access the ambassador forums once you get your badge.

    With the increase in ambassadors our badge updates are taking a little longer than normal. In the meantime, we do track all XP and Tenure on our end even if it's not showing properly on your profile. We have a few fixes that are being worked on and should roll
    out later next week. You won't miss out on the rewards for the help you provide.

    If you don't have your badge by the end of next week, please let us know and we'll look into it.

    Hey there Deadly,

    It can take up to 48 hours for your icon and badge to show up. You still earn tenure and xp during this time. If you still aren't showing your badge after 48 hours, please post in the thread linked above or PM Miss Ermine.
