    well I did my survey in April but it’s not showing up An it want let me take this months survey. And I tried to claim my rewards But it keep saying error. HELP ME PLEASE. I BEEN COMPLAINING FOR TWO WEEKS NOW

    Unable to claim 10000 reward credits

    as the tootle says can’t claim 10000 reward credits, tried twice.

    xbox survey not giving me my monthly credits after doing survey.

    There is a delay with this month's survey, but if there are surveys you're missing, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum and list the months so support can check into it for you.

    Still awaiting xbox ambassador rewards I have been awarded

    For Ambassador issues, it's best to post in the Ambassador forums. Avatar rewards have not been released yet. Once they are, there will be an option to claim them on the rewards page. You should receive a survey over the next couple of weeks to fill out
    for physical prizes.

    There is only 1 survey offered by the reward program per month located here: https://rewards.xbox.com/survey/monthly/

    Any other microsoft survey's, bing survey's, or survey's that are not part of the link above are not affiliated with the Reward Program and are not eligible for rewards.

    Got a new Xbox One today, some Games with Gold downloads missing

    I’m noticing the same thing; AC:Black Flag, MGS:Ground Zeros & So Many Me, I know I claimed using my 360 and others that appear as not purchased but can’t remember if i just missed them… I too was claiming the games in anticipation of purchasing an Xbox
