Discus and support Missing Status in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; My email account was hacked. After contacting the support my Gamertag was moved to a new email address.     Missing Status


    My email account was hacked. After contacting the support my Gamertag was moved to a new email address. Now i am missing my reward status. over the years a had a full 5 star status. Now with my old Gamertag moved to the new mail address my status is missing.

    The normal xbox support advised my to post my problem in this forum.

    Hello Jeicam,

    We see that this gamertag still has a 5 star MyVIP star status, and recently received a deposit in April of the last payback event in March (which you received at a 5 star level). You can review your current MyVIP status on the MyRewards page.
