    Missing status on reapair process


    I've shipped my console in for repairs (again) but this time, there is no status on the device page.

    The first time i had my console repaired, i could see the status (label created, recieved, being repaired, shipped to customer, recieved by customer).

    This is gone now. Also, i could see the earlier repairs, and their statuses, but they are gone too.

    Anybody in here, that can either see the status of their current or earlier repair request statusses, or who have the same issue?

    The chat support, keep coming up with excuses that don't make sense to me

    Stat tracking is F'ed

    no worries, i noticed this in bad company two and realized that it is points for "squad repair" or "team reapair" so repairing on your own is just repairing. but repairing for your team is what nets you points.

    Once it's registered for repair I believe they e-mail you the shipping label ready for it to be picked up.

    i suggest trying what crazy said and then if that does not work maybe get it reapaired but make sure its a good company.
