    i purchased State of Decay 2 Ultimate Edition on May 18. I have not received the code for State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition. Xbox support directed me here. Can someone here assist?

    Customers who pre-ordered
    State of Decay 2: Ultimate Edition     will receive a code for State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition in their Xbox Live message center shortly before the launch of State of Decay 2 so there's no reason to worry.

    Missing State Of Decay Season One

    Did you pre-order the Ultimate Edition? That's the only version that came with the 1st State of Decay. If you pre-ordered digitally, you should have received a message from Xbox Live, with a link to claim it....If you pre-ordered a physical copy, the card
    for SOD should have been in the case. If you received neither, you'll have to contact the developer via Twitter, or their website.
