Missing Star

Hi, I had an email from Xbox Live offering to add another Star to my rewards account if I spent £75 before the 28th of February, I exceeded this amount but have not had one added and have spent money I would have otherwise not spent. Can this be fixed please?

Missing MyVIP Star

There was an unforeseen delay in receiving purchase information from our data source that caused purchases from the 28th to not be processed in time for our extra star calculation. We have created a hotfix for this issue, and we can see your promotion completing
successfully on our database. You should see your extra star appear once we upload this data to the website. This should occur within the next few days. Apologies for the inconvenience.

 

Missing MyVIP Star

Hi. I spent $104.xx this past month (before tax) in order to qualify for the "Spend $100 in February, get an extra MyRewards star" and it said my stars were under construction for this past week, but I was not bumped up to 3 stars (I was previously at 2)
afterwards.

What happened?

Please help. Thank you.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore your purchase of Mass Effect was not eligible for this offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:
