Missing star upgrade

I was supposed to get an upgrade from 2 stars to 3 stars for spending $100. I didn't. I did purchase 1 game at full retail (Halo Wars 2), and 2 games on Sale (Bioshock collection for $39, and Deus Ex for $29). I had checked over the terms, and found nothing
stating that sales items weren't included, but it certainly appears they didn't count.

Spectacular Character Pack 40,000 is gone!

I am missing a few characters such as as the Toxic Chomper, Metal Petal, Camo Cactus, Welder, Chemist and Baseball star.

Character above Level 10 is the Peashooter and Foot Soldiers. The rest are under level 10

I am missing a few abilities and weapons upgrade. The list is too long to mention.

 

Missing Star

Hi, I had an email from Xbox Live offering to add another Star to my rewards account if I spent £75 before the 28th of February, I exceeded this amount but have not had one added and have spent money I would have otherwise not spent. Can this be fixed please?

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for this offer, so your purchase of Halo Wars 2 was not eligible. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:
