I purchased regular version of Halo Wars 2 on launch day and it didn't credit my account the proper percentage.

I need help

I need help with my rewards account. I've made purchases but nothing has been adding to the rewards account. The only thing I've gotten this month is 150 star points for my birthday. Can you look into the missing pending points from my account?

What offers are you looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

I believe it was through the Microsoft store website. but I do not remember, sorry.
