Missing stage 1 and 3 and completion bonus from #Yolo mission

Hi,

I'm trying to have stage 1, 3, and completion bonus credited to my account.

I did post an earlier thread which received a reply, but it was locked before i could edit or reply to it.

I purchased Just cause 3, Ultimate marvel vs capcom 3, and Mr robot (taking me over £32),

and earned 5 achievements during the qualifying period. as per the Terms. I have already been granted the stage 2 rewards.

However, the earlier reply to me only made mention of the games. If the reply option was available, i would have posted there.

Only level stage 2 #YOLO rewards

Hi, I did not receive the stage 1, 2 or mission completion bonus for the YOLO mission last month, although weirdly i did receive stage 2 rewards!

Final Xbox rewards mission

As per my last post I was not properly credited for the apocalypse rewards mission or the 1 gem per $1 spent. Since then stage 2 of apocalypse mission has been credited but stage one which was for purchasing content and stage 3 which
was overall completion has still not been credited. Again I purchased $65 in qualifying games for completion of first stage. I would appreciate these being credited and deposited into my Microsoft account.

Is there anything after completing offline mode past getting the stages to 100%? I have done this on the Heroes side and every stage, even the 3 bonus stages are now at 100%. But nothing special happened. Does anyone know am I missing anything? Or even is
there a way to reset this to start over at 0% for all the stages?

Side note, logging into the online portion of Heroes and Heralds will get you a Bonus Card each day, only once per day.
