    Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Deluxe Edition - Season Pass shows "Owned" but I cannot install and am not getting the SP DLCs

    The way to get your specialization back is go into your Purchase History and d redownload Infinity Actual Kit

    What...? You get weapons using that kit or ranking up if it's an all kits weapon. Just like BC2...did I miss something?

    Halo 4 Specializations missing

    The Infinity Actual Kit might of goofed up, try deleting it from your hard drive, clearing cache and then re-download it through Account > Download/Purchase History and find the Infinity Actual Kit and download it again. Also, if you'd played Halo 4 before
    21st of November MSoft sent out Specialization Priority Alpha DLC's which give you access to all specializations so try and download that as well.

    Symbols / Special Characters In Passwords

    You may wish to try using a USB keyboard, as it allows for the !@#$%^&*() character set. Or the messenger kit for the Xbox, this also has the special character set.
