Missing some Xbox 360 Achievements for some reason

[View:Photo by AtlasCerberus have had this issue for a while multiple times i have asked for support in getting my missing achievements
back but nothing so far has worked.

on the console it shows the achievements as locked and when i do what i need to do to unlock that achievement again nothing happens.

but when i click onto the achievements on xbox.com profile achievements it shows when i unlocked that achievement and that i have unlocked it.

it is better to understand my point if you were to see it my my point of view but i don't know how to post images on the forum.

I also forgot to say this in some other games some achievements show up as unlocked offline when that used to be a date, i don't know what happend their.
