    First, double check to make sure you entered the code right. A lot of the letters and numbers look like other characters. From:

    support.xbox.com/.../prepaid-code-errors     "The number "8" may resemble the uppercase letter "B."

    Two instances of the uppercase letter "V" may resemble the uppercase letter "W."

    The number "0" may resemble the uppercase letter "O.""

    If you have entered the code correctly, try entering it on
    http://xbox.com     also, in case there's a glitch with Live. If that still doesn't work, you will have to contact support at

    Well...it was a mistake...plastic peel off and removed the letters.. Thats why I’m missing some letters..

    Sad to hear that, thanks a lot for your answers anyway, i thought microsoft could redeem the codes with some barcode or something, still i'll try to guess the missing letters.
