Missing SOD: YOSE code

Hello I bought State of decay 2 ultimate edition on pre order and it had sent me a code for State of decay: Year one survival edition for the console which at the time I did not have a xbox one but have recently purchased one and for some reason I cannot
find the State of decay: YOSE code that came with my order it was possibly sent to me via email and would have sat in my inbox but I believe I had seen it in the Microsoft store just wondering if you can help me in this matter or see of you can recover my
code using your system?

The code should appear under the message center on the console for the profile that purchased it. If it is not there, then the code tends to appear in an email. The email will be the primary billing email for the account. Please check the inbox, focus mail
section or the junk/spam mail section.
