    I didn't get the smite mixpot reward back in june i watched the 21st and 22nd everything was linked never got anything no email or message from xbox

    I watched the first mixer stream for smite and that is supposed to already make me elegable to get the prize because every who watches one of the streams automatically will get the mixpot reward. I didn't even need to watch the whole stream to get the reward
    but I did watch it all. I'm pretty sure that in order to connect my Microsoft account with mixer I need to hook up my xbox account since they are then same thing and I did that, but I think hat it's already been a week and I still haven't gotten the mixpot.
    Please fix this, this is rather upsetting

    Mixpots are awarded within a week or less of a promotion ending per the
    FAQ    .

    I've been looking for all the info about a Mixpot for watching a Smite stream and I'm not finding anything saying there is one or when it runs from.

    I never received a message about watching the E3 stream but I have some items appear on my order history today, the smite one states E3 Mixpot. Have you checked your order history on microsoft.com?
    That's where I always find mixpots.

    they were limited to 1 million, but from the day before the mixpot to the day after the total view on the smite mixer was only around 300,000 difference. He's not the only one who hasn't gotten the smite mixpot. myself and about 10 of my friends that watched
    haven't gotten it either. it was supposed to be within 14 days and it's been 17 days now since the promotion ended. I myself would like to know what's going on. have they sent it out or are they still waiting. if they did send it out why doesn't everyone have
    it. our microsoft accounts were linked since we got the e3 mixpot when it came out, and there was well under the 1 million limit.
