    I watched smite on mixer for two days and the promotion said that I would receive free skin for smite. I have not got my skin or a code to claim the skin. If you check the viewer list it will show that I was there both days. Also I participated
    in the chat. I am wondering when I will receive the skin or a code to get it. My Microsoft account is linked to my mixer account.

    Hello Jogilfedder, if the Skins you bought form made with those V-Bucks that were refunded, you automatically lose the skins when the refund is made.

    However as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data, or the accounts, the ideal would be to contact the service of Xbox and Epic.

    Skins missing

    Hey there, I had the same issue! Once refunded the vbucks anything bought with those shall also be refunded. And the only way to get the vbucks back is to pay for it again.
