Check in manage game in the download section, it should be there to download if it's missing.

no I bought it in the fortnite in game store

Regarding your skin missing within the game, have you had any refunds for a V-Bucks purchase on the game?

An updated feature of receiving a refund for such purchases will also return items in which V-Bucks were used to get said skins.

If this is not the case, then the Epic Games Support might be of more assistance.
