    Hi Kestrel, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then check if you can see the order stated as "completed". Once confirmed, simply quit and re-launch your game to re-sync your game data.

    I think you miss understand, I have a UK IP address UK XBOX UK Game, live in the UK but my live login is registered in Ireland. So if i have a UK registered Silver account could i Download DLC on it then use the DLC on my other account.

    Heres how I look at it; spend $60 on the game check spend $20 on the 1st dlc check spend $20 on the second dlc check spend $40 on the 3rd dlc check spend $20 for preorder content you missed check spend $40 on silver for emotes and masks check. Realizing
    the servers are down; Priceless.
