Missing shop credits, experience, and bounty rewards

contacted chat online support yesterday and was told things would show up in 12-24 hours, but I could delete the game and redownload it or restore the Xbox to factory settings. So they walked me through all that, it didn't work. So I waited the 24 hours.
I contact them again today and talk to a different person and she says it takes 72 hours now... After I explained that I had already done the whole redownloading and restore... And also said that there was nothing farther she could do besides have me come
to this forum... Sooo, here I am. Hopefully someone out there can help? The problem is that everything is working fine now, but I was never awarded anything from the 3-4 hours of playing the other day. I wasnt awarded store credits so I could buy as many gold
Onix packs as possible before they are gone.. do I just bite the bullet and ignore the fact that I played for hours unrewarded due to a glitch in the system or is there some way to rectify this ordeal?

I am missing a lot of reward credits and I understand a transition is happening currently but I’m missing the, are it’s worrying me.

Hi,

You may refresh your Xbox Profile by removing and re-downloading it on the console to sync all changes made. Refer to this

link and perform the steps provided. Make sure to restart your Xbox One console before re-adding your Microsoft account on the Xbox One. Then, access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

How long has it been? The credits should show as pending about 96 hours after you redeemed them.

it has been three days xD i guess i have to keep checking then >_<

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it. That's the thing though every other time credits have been calculated at the end of the month. They still show up as "pending". I was just concerned that the points I earned from rebates had not been calculated
for July.

Keep in mind that if you're looking for VIP rebate credits, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for July purchases.
