    Missing Shipment.


    My package was stolen, Fedex indicate me to contact Microsoft, I've been in contact with Microsoft since July/25 and every time i contact them ask me to wait 24h, and so far, no one has offered me a solution, i bought a new console from a local store and apparently im lossing my $ from my purchase from @Microsoft online store.

    This is frustrating.

    Trying to speak to someone about a service order via the virtual assistant, which doesn't work for me

    Didn't think as I didn't pay for it they would tell me anything, but it's 100% this thanks to Brexit there is a form missing from the shipment and they are contacting me directly about it. Good heads up thanks.
