Missing several Quest Rewards.

Quests haven't worked right since December's. Never got Jan's, and id dint receive Feb's till late April and never got March's either and still waiting to see if April's reward is coming in may.

January Xbox Quest Mystery Gift not received

Hello,

January's Xbox Quest included the following goals:

1. Login to Xbox mobile app 3 different days

2. Play for 10 hours across any Xbox

3. Earn 5 achievements

I completed all of the above, but did not receive a mystery gift. I have seen on other forums that players started receiving their rewards several days ago. This is not the first time I have had to contact support regarding a missing
reward for the Xbox Live Quest or Games with Gold Quest, and every month I see other Xbox Live users who have the same issue. I don't understand why I (and others) am not receiving my rewards, despite completing the quests.

and, it's weird i would have to point this out to a company like microsoft, but you forgot to code in to your forum to not count the views of the person's IP that wrote the post meaning everytime i refresh or check back on this post
the view counter is going up. That is dangerous for the posts that actually matter, this is my first time using your forum but i bet if i would to go to the bigger lists and search there are probably posts being boosted by view bots.

if you do the quests but don't receive the reward points go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link to Contact Microsoft
Rewards Support.

that will open a support ticket where you can give details of the quests you have completed and the amount of points missing

Phone support suggest to direct message a member of the forum and give him a "reference" number to check it out. So far, no response.

No one in the forums will have that information. You should contact support again to try to get your issue resolved. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

The problem is, phone/chat support do not handle promotions. Only support in this forum handles them but they have not been posting.
