Missing settings!!

Hi I’ve purchased a new series x a few months ago that was supposed to come with 24 months of Xbox ultimate. I’ve gone under account settings to try to find the “included with this Xbox” option, but the tab itself isn’t there. Just the normal sign-in passkey, payment and billing etc. I need help!!!

If you bought it that way, then it wasn't purchased through All Access which is why you didn't get the Ultimate code. To get All Access, you have to sign up for a credit line as well.

I bought the series x new and in full from a third party retailer from Walmart. Could they have stolen my Xbox all access? The description said that it comes with it.

Oh I didn’t realize that’s what it was lol, thought it was some kind of game pass. Guess I have a phone call to make about advertising… Well would that explain then as to why I don’t have that setting on my series x or is that another issue?

That usually means the serial number for your console was not entered correctly for All Access. You'll need to contact either the retailer you purchased it from or the credit company handling your All Access plan to get that corrected.
