    Missing sea of thieves skin :(


    Hello Missing sea of thieves skin :( :) i attended the sea of thieves stream to get the exclusive flintlock pistol skin the first time the stream was up. I watched it for over 15 minutes and even got a notification about a week later saying i have got the sea of thieves skin, my microsoft
    account i use for sea of thieves is linked to my mixer, and i did not get an email containing a code, nor do i have it in game. I would really like the skin and i thank you for looking into this issue for me and reading my post Missing sea of thieves skin :( :)

    Looks like your account is all set with that content, to double-check let's have you sign into your account and check
    your commerce!

    You should see that content appear in your vanity chest, clothing chest, equipment chest, and armory in-game.



    Keep in mind that at this time the Sea of Thieves devs may have promotional content turned off and it may not appear in-game until the issue with that content is fixed.

    If you go to account.microsoft.com , do you see the Ebon Flintlock under your Order History? Both the flintlock and the Rage 2 avatar gear should show under the
    order history if you qualified for the mixpot reward.

    MS is working on it right now. You are not the only one who did not received it yet. Hope it will be fixed soon !

    It usually takes up to 2 weeks to receive the items after the event has ended. I would check your messages from Xbox Live as well.

    Thanks everybody for the answers.

    I started looking around on Mixer and saw a notification that caught my eye. Surprise surprise I got the pistol skin today, so 8 days after the stream.

    The rest is nowhere to be found though.

    I would like to say that the Sea of Thieves support has not been helpful and borderline agressive on closing tickets so far. Would not recommend.
