Missing Rock Band 4 entitlements, and Xbox 360 Purchase History is blank

I know Harmonix is investigating the missing entitlements for Rock Band 4, but they are asking for original purchase dates. The problem I'm having is when I go to view my Xbox 360 Purchase History, the "All" and "Game Add Ons" sections are completely empty!
I have purchased well over 1000 songs for Rock Band, so I'm mystified as to why my X360 purchase history is empty.

Missing Rock Band entitlements in RB4 are currently:

AC/DC Track Pack

RB2 20 Bonus Tracks (Your Rock Band 2 Bonus Tracks)

The Doors Greatest Hits: Special Edition

The Doors RB3 FREE Launch Pack

Roadrunner Pack 01

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rock band export keys not working in Rock Band 4

I am attempting to import into Rock Band 4 my songs from Rock Band 1, Rock Band 2, and Lego Rock Band. My download history as shown in
Sign in to your Microsoft account shows export keys for all 3. However following the links goes to a missing / bad page, such as : https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/...port-Key/00000000-0000-400c-80cf-009945410829

Consequently, I am unable to import these songs into Rock Band 4. Please inform me of the correct links and how to fix this problem. Thanks.

I would recommend trying to get in touch with a chat or phone support. No one on the forums can access your account SPXerxesX to check your purchase date for those items. Only support can access your account to verify those information.

Rock band is not backwards compatible. Rock Band 4 is available for purchase for the One. The guitar from the 360 would not be compatible.

Yes, and 600+ were there, but a LOT of them are missing and don't show as "purchased" in the Xbox (or Rock Band 4) store.

Rock Band 1, 2, 3 and the other spin-offs, their servers are now offline. Only Rock Band 4 servers are still running. You should still be able to download the songs from your download history on the Xbox 360. Just go to settings - account - download history. Scroll down to the song, select it, and start the download.
