    Missing Rewards


    I have regularly experienced issues with Microsoft Rewards.

    (1) Most recently, have have completed the "August Monthly Bonus Round" for 2020; and I never received the free sweekstakes entries (and I am unsure of receiving the additional bonus points). Anyways, I want my entries.

    (2) Second, I have completed the second step which is the final step for me in "Gears 5 Operation 4: Brothers in Arms punch card". If one look at my recent achievements, the achievement for the punch card is clearly there, but I am not being credited for
    it; and thus, I am not getting the 500 points for the punch card.

    Please, help here. If you can fix whatever is causing such regular issues, I would really appreciate it. For example, I am not always able to claim the "Achieve more. Earn more." points after completing an xBox achievement. Such failings in the system
    are so frustrating...

    Again, help please.
