Points missing again

Hello,

so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

Freedom Rewards

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. There are no offers to receive credits for purchasing/renewing game pass.

In order to receive credits for purchases, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

and the pending points are because.....? Also, until 2014 they should've been stacking,right?

It depends on how many you have pending. Credits are deposited after you have at least 5,000 pending. Or you can request a deposit if you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. If you have way more than that and the site is showing there
is an error with your account, support will post back as to why. They'll also check your subscriptions from before 2014.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are
at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. From our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

We see that your addon purchases and non-pre order game purchases were appropriately Rewarded, and that you received the proper FREEdom Rewards (an offer for free to play purchases).

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated March MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. If you are asking about the Ghost Recon offer, that offer was only for physical purchases from MicrosoftStore.com, as stated in the FAQ for that offer:

Which items are eligible for this offer?

To qualify for this offer, you must order a hard-copy disc of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands for Xbox One from MicrosoftStore.com during
the offer period. This offer is good for one purchase only. You can earn up to 15,000 Rewards Credits, depending on which version of the game you purchase:

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Standard Edition: 10,000 Rewards Credits

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Deluxe Edition: 12,000 Rewards Credits

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition: 15,000 Rewards Credits

Since your purchase was made digitally, it was not eligible for this offer.

Which offer are you looking for credits from? Keep in mind that if it was the Ghost Recon offer, the credits should show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped as long as you purchased a physical disc from microsoftstore.com.

We do not see any activity on your Rewards account. Currently, your account has both 0 pending and 0 lifetime Credits. If you are asking about a Microsoft Rewards program offer, you would have to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Additionally,
while a 5000 pending Credit amount is required to trigger an automatically scheduled deposit, we do not deposit in batches of 5000. We deposit the full pending amount. The 5000 is just to trigger a deposit automatically.
