Missing Rewards for Dec GoD Preorder

Preordered 3 of the games, yet I haven't received any of the points yet. And for the current Q1 preorder offer I ordered 3 out of the games already yet none of them are showing as preordered.

I also am missing quest rewards, nov and dec went fine.. never received jans then id dint get febs till april and iv still not seen marches.

 

The reward team will have to review your 3 pre-orders to verify their eligibility and see what the hold-up might be. However, any pre-orders made prior to the start of the January 1st, 2017 Games on Demand pre-order promotion will not count toward the new promotion.
Each promotion only counts purchases and/or pre-orders made during the offer period unless otherwise stated.

The reward team works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends and reply to threads oldest to newest.

Only pre-order purchases during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since you only pre-ordered Dead Rising 4 and Resident Evil 7 during the previous Games on Demand, you only received 2 punches, and therefore did not complete that offer.

Keep in mind that purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed, so if you have made recent purchases for the current Games on Demand punchcard, it may be too early to see any punches. However, we do see that you pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 in December.
Since that was before the current offer period, that purchase will not award a punch.
