    Missing rewards credits from November 2016


    Hi,

    I was looking over my past reward points earnings and I noticed that November didn't give me credit for being Gold, even though my subscription is valid for over another year and hasn't lapsed.

    31/10/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 1 (Gold) - 1,000 Credits

    30/11/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 1 - 400 Credits

    31/12/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 1 (Gold) - 800 Credits

    Please can I get my missing 400 credits Missing rewards credits from November 2016 :)

    Missing 20,000 Xbox Live Rewards Credits

    On November 24th 2016 (Order number 10963132466), I purchased/upgraded to the Xbox One S from Microsoftstore.com because There was an offer to receive 50,000 rewards credits for doing so. I checked my account today and only received 30,000 credits, missing
    20,000 credits which is worth $20 in xbox credit

    The promo was also in "my missions" on Xbox Live Rewards.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. It looks like your renewal caused a temporary break in subscription right around when we were calculating your deposit. We'll adjust your account, and you should see the Credits pending by the end of next week, at the latest.

    You can see a record of your Rewards Credit activity from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. There you will see that you requested a deposit in October, which was deposited October 26, 2016. You subsequently spent this deposit on FIFA points on November
    11th.

    Hey there!

    While signed into Microsoft Commerce, look for any Xbox Live Rewards Deposits from the week of November 17th, 2016 (11/17/16). If you see a rewards deposit from that week, that means you're set.
    If you do not have access to the funds now, and you've had purchases made after the deposit, that may indicate that the rewards credit was already used.

    We see that you received Credits for the November FREE PASS offer on November 12th. Is this the offer you believe you are missing Credits from? You can check all Credit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    Hi wade the weird. We looked at your account and the pending Credits is from November 2016. We are not seeing Credits from 2013-2015. Since it is less that 5000 Credits pending, an automatic deposit was not triggered. You can request one though on your MyRewards
    page.
