    Missing rewards and account


    I signed up for the rewards a while back. Tonight I went to check my rewards and it said I didn't have an account. I preordered Destiny 2 delux edition $100 and about 2 hours ago 9/22/17 I pre ordered FIFA 2018 Ronaldo edition $88. Since I had to resign
    up I did not receive my rewards. How do I got about getting these rewards added to my account? This is a lot of money spent and a lot of rewards I am missing out on for something I actually did sign up for.

    Hi NASHER1321! We see your pre-order for Destiny 2 that was made in May. There was no offer that awarded for pre-orders except for the Games on Demand Pre-Order offer in which you had to make 3 pre-orders between April 1 - June 30 to qualify for Credits.
    Currently, we are running another round for the Games on Demand Pre-Order offer that runs from July 1 - September 30. If you make two more pre-order purchases on qualifying games before September 30, you'll earn 15,000 Credits. To check out the mission, visit
