Can you please specify which Keys you are missing (rewards from a round or rewards for assisting with the Community Goal)? By "points", do you mean Coins? Have you tried any of the solutions offered in our FAQ, including manually checking for updates or
uninstalling the game and resetting the Store cache?

No. The Microsoft Rewards program have the same type of offers as the Xbox Rewards program. You can earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at the Microsoft Store and then you earn points for doing things like using Bing for searches and taking their quizzes.

Did you purchase the console from a store or direct from the Microsoft store webpage. Rewards offers are only valid if you purchase via the Microsoft store webpage
