Missing Reward credits and Rank percentage

Hi Guys,

I made a purchase on the 23rd if October and my reward credits have not been added (or pending), also my rank percentage has not increased. I am currently at rank 2 and the purchase would have pushed me over into rank 3. Is there any way you can help?

I have a record and screen shot of the purchase from my Microsoft purchase history but don't really want to post it in public.

Xbox Live Rewards VIPs

So I have done the math for this.

Under Xbox Live Rewards says

What is MyVIP?MyVIP is an exclusive feature of Xbox Live Rewards that gives members a certain percentage back in Rewards Credits for monthly purchases made in the Xbox Store. In order to start earning MyVIP, you have to unlock your first star by spending
at least $300 on eligible content. While eligible purchases you make track towards your year-to-date Star Rank, your MyVIP Star Rank is recalibrated each year based on your previous year's spend. As your MyVIP Star Rank grows, so will the percentage you get
back each month. Plus, if you're an Xbox Live Gold member, your percentage doubles, and you can earn up to 10% back each month in Rewards Credits.

In the last 6mths I have spent 303.68$ before tax but yet when you go to my rewards it says ALMOST THERE. Only $86 away from leveling up!

Not sure if i am missing something

No Change to VIP or Pending Credits After Purchase

I preordered and completed a purchase of Injustice 2 and have not received any change to My VIP percentage or any pending rewards credits based on the My VIP rank.

Hi thanassi. We looked up your purchases and the purchase you made on October 23rd was for a pre-order. Pre-orders do not qualify for MyVIP, that is why you were not awarded Credits and progress was not given.

We only see one purchase on your account on July 23 for 6.75 GBP. A five star rank requires 1200 GBP in eligible spending off the Xbox store. Since you did not spend this amount, you did not reach five stars. Your total spending of 6.75 GBP puts you at zero
stars. This means that you do not get payback. From our FAQ:

Haven't gotten the credits for this either and i'm not getting reward credits for purchases i made in december with my MyVIP 1 star rank.

order to start earning your % back, you have to unlock your first star by spending at least $300 (or regional equivalent) on eligible content. While eligible purchases you make track towards your year-to-date Star Rank, your MyVIP Star Rank is recalibrated
each year based on your previous year's spend. As your MyVIP Star Rank grows, so will the % you get back each month. Plus, if you're an Xbox Live Gold member, your percentage doubles, and you can earn up to 10% back each month in Rewards Credits.

Please note: Purchase minimums refer to pre-tax totals.

Since you have not made 300 EUR in eligible purchases, you are not eligible for MyVIP payback, since you do not have any MyVIP stars.
