    Missing Results


    Twice this month of September I have played and completed all the daily challenges on Microsoft Sudoko only to have the results either completely disappear or mostly disappear the next time I signed in. What is going on? I see from other postings that this
    has happened to several players. Some months everything worked but this has happened at least 3 months in the last six months.

    Missing points/results in Freecelle

    After I was "forced" to update Freecell with the SKY file, all my Points from my current Freecell on Microsoft 10 dissapeared . I had around 2500 games where 2498 have been approved. Where are these result now?

    Missing the event results

    Hi all,

    I am a Solitaire enthusiast.

    After successfully playing and completing the Event - Klondike Adventure, ended on 22.06.2017, waited for the results to appear, with lots of hopes! None appearing so far!

    Any help available

    The same thing happened to me: all my Daily Challenges of September (90/90) and their medals (Bronze, Silver and Gold) disappeared !! Anyone of the support can replay about what happened and how to repair it ???

    Miss Ermine, I tried that guide (A several times) didn't work.

    ping = 58ms

    download = 9.04Mbps

    upload = 0.56Mbps

    these are the results from pingtest.net

    ping = 57ms

    jitter = 50ms

    Lost all collections in Microsoft Jigsaw!

    Thanks.

    Did a reset of Jigsaw.

    Result: Collections are still missing and now also all finished collections are missing.

    Statistics are wrong too.

    It displays a total of 5 collections finished which is totally wrong.

    Edit: After downloading some of the free collections it seems that the finished levels are displayed correctly. So the results must be stored somewhere.
