    Yes, same thing here. Contacted Support twice about it and after the last time, I was told that this issue had been escalated. At first I was told I would receive the Gift Code about 4-5 days after purchase by e-mail but after a week had gone by without
    receiving anything, I contacted Support again and this time, no one in the team was certain if that specific add-on was included in the Deluxe Edition or if it was ony available through a Pre-Order. Microsoft's Store specifically specifies that the Remannt
    Resistance add-on is included in the Deluxe Edition, and that was the only reason I also purchased... we should think get it because it says we would!

    I love how they are literally ignoring this thread because they probably don't want to admit that they *** up the description for the game by listing a *** PRE-ORDER bonus. I am so *** ***! This is BS!

    Absolutely misleading. They owe us that download because it says we get it but we don't have it. Some people specifically bought this pack for that skin.
