Missing refund vip money

from the 4th of october i purchased crimson dragon, the bioshock collection, rapala pro fishing, sims 4, rise of the tombraider and wolfenstine 2 i have not had my 8% back from any of them please help

THIS JUST HAPPENED TO ME YESTERDAY......IM SOOOOOOO PISSED.... I SPENT MONEY ON VIP PASS AND DOUBLE XP POINTS. THEY BETTER REFUND MY DAMN MONEY!

hello every month I have my credit VIP and nothing to know that last month I spend money and being VIP 5 I tave the right to 10% refund on 1 game buy and the bha j'ai nothing how they explain it is not the first time thank you

 

No rebates recieved for any of the games listed im a vip 8% i should have recieved for each game total around £9 many thanks kev

 

why no response or offer of help i was told to post here from twitter

 

Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. So since it's the weekend they haven't been around. They will respond to your thread during the week.

Keep in mind that if any purchases count towards another offer on the site at the time, it will not count towards your rebate. Also preorders do not count.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. We see that aside from your Sims 4 pre-order, these purchases were all a part of your MyVIP payback for November (none of the purchases you describe
were from October), and are currently pending in your account.
