Missing redeemed Xbox Digital Gift Card

Well... I recently redeemed two Xbox Digital Gift Card earlier today (one for $10 and one for $3, in that order). I recieved my $3 code almost immediately, as usual. But three hours or so later, I still have not recieved my $10 code.

So far, I have discussed this with Xbox customer service, who ultimately informed me that this a Microsoft Rewards issue, and referred me to them... who, in turn, informed me that this is an issue that should be brought here.

So... here I am. Round Three. At this point expecting to be passed along to someone else, yet hoping that I won't be, and that this issue will be resolved here.

wants to refund for tiger shark cash card

I was specifically told by xbox support to post it here and Rockstar would be in contact with me.

And on my receipt it specifically says:

Special note for digital gift card customers: You can cancel your gift card order and receive a refund up to 14 days after your digital gift card has been sent or until your gift card has been redeemed, whichever occurs first.

The points I redeemed aren't working

I got an email after I redeemed my points for a 10$ Xbox digital gift card and it isn't working at all

Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours to receive codes. If you don't receive it after the 24 hours, you will have to contact customer support for Microsoft Rewards again (make sure you're using the contact info on their redemption page). Also, if
you check your orders through their page, you should have a "resend" button available next to your order (that may not show up yet).

We are unable to assist with Microsoft Rewards inquiries here on the Xbox Forums, I'm afraid. If this is not a Microsoft Rewards inquiry, please let us know where this credit originally came from so we can continue narrowing this down.

It's not an Xbox gift card it's a Steam gift card go on Steam and it'll work just fine

The £10 must be either on a card that says "Xbox Gift Card £10" or you must purchase an Xbox digital gift card code on Amazon for £10 that you redeem here:

You can't redeem Amazon gift cards or currency in Amazon accounts for currency in your Microsoft/Xbox account - you must buy an Xbox Gift Card (or code) with that money on it.

Would like transfer fund into my grandson Microsoft account, it not family account.

Hello, you are unable to transfer the funds directly to your grandson. You may however purchase a digital gift card that will provide a code that can be redeemed on the Microsoft Store, directly from your grandson's Xbox. I have provided two links. One in
which you can purchase the digital gift card, and another that shows how to redeem codes.
