Missing Redeemed Gift Card

Hey,

I redeemed a lot of points tonight for the 3,500 Xbox gift cards that are available. Only three of them have gone through though. and one remains in an "In Progress" limbo state. My order number is:

The item I wanted to use the gift cards for goes away at midnight, so I was wondering if there was any way you could manually enter the gift card for me or manually return my lost 3,500 points.

I have redeemed a gold membership today and got email confirming it but not showing on my account !!! Help

I redeemed a gift card onto my account and it was verified by xbox, yet I can't seem to find the funds anywhere. I have tried redeeming it again but it says it has already been used.

Any ideas??

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

It won't let me send anything there. It just keeps timing out and says

Sorry, the page you requested is not available.
