Missing rebates and Gold status

Hi, I noticed that I not are GOLD , but i am gold. Never got the reward credits for my purchases last month. I got my mission credits, and the credits for the March survey. Today I see the credits for the April survey posted, so now I'm wondering why I haven't
received my credits for my purchases last month. Also fix my gold status.

It's still too early to see credits pending for March purchases. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Keep in mind that purchases that go towards offers do not also go toward MyVIP payback, so your purchases that went towards Simply Rewarding will not also award
payback.

There is currently an issue with Gold subscriptions that we are working with another team on resolving. However, we will take steps to duplicate payback to reflect the double amount from Gold status. Regarding payback from March from our FAQ:
