Missing ready to install games

I had 56 games in my ready to install yesterday. I went to download a game from there and it show I only had 34 including the games I bought and got from gold. Then I restarted my Xbox and the number dropped to 22 even I the Microsoft store it says I didn’t
buy it. Anyone know how to help at all it will be a lifeboat saver.

Missing games in ready to install

Hey guys. I think I've found a solution to this problem without a power cycle being required. Simply sign out of your primary account (that's the account that is automatically signed in when booting the console), and launch My Games & Apps. Scroll down
to the Ready to Install list, and click the Show latest items button. From there, all of your games should show up, and you're free to sign back in.

I think the problem stems from the preview update not automatically refreshing your game licenses.

I actually achieved this without signing out of the primary profile there should be a new button (a refresh button I believe) to bring everything back.

Missing games in ready to install

I'm missing 180+ games from my ready to install list.

Only one game, APB:Reloaded remains.

Hi there,

If you have multiple accounts logging into your console, more games can appear there. Game sharing is only available if the person who is sharing their library with you has made your console their home console. If they make anyone else's console, including
their own, their home console, you will lose access to those games. You would need to purchase the titles, even those that were offered through games with gold but were not redeemed by your own personal account. You can view all the game licenses you own in
your games tab of your Xbox account. Thank you.

I am having the same issue - I only have one account and no developers account. On my Xbox One X, I am missing all the digital games I purchased but never installed is missing. When I sign in to my Microsoft account online, all my games are there, but when
I tried installing it from my computer to my Xbox, it does nothing. Any help would be great.

Hi there. This thread is very old, and it's very likely the OP has found their answer. If you have an issue you need some help with, I'd suggest creating your own thread so they community can help with your exact issue!

No, alot of us are having this issue and none of the above people have given me a plan of action that works for me. I don't know how to get my game that I downloaded and paid for. It's just missing.

All of my games are missing... hard resetting did nothing.

yes me as well. over 100 games are missing plz help. lol this is not good.
