missing rainbow six siege operators

If you purchased on Steam platform, then you will have to contact their support if you are missing content. Only Steam support can verify your purchase so please reach out to them. You may also try with Ubisoft support but you will need to submit proof of purchase.

I did the same thing and bought an edition that would give the year one operators as a dlc it always worked. But since a few months ubisoft chaged there policy that dlc content is no longer shared. Even though microsoft supports family sharing now only
one purson the main account can see it. The others will just see it as this dlc is already installed and can’t use. My kids are very disappointed with this change from ubisoft to try to sell it to each seperate. Which doesn’t even work on xbox...

Apparently players can share Year Pass Operators with profiles on the same console.
