    Missing Quantum Break Preorders


    The only code I've received was Alan Wake's American Nightmare, I don't have any of the other codes for the extra content and the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I purchased the game on March 17th 2016 order # 567453557627903979.

    The codes for Quantum Break on Windows 10, Alan Wake game, The Writer DLC and The Signal DLC will be sent within 7 to 10 days after launch.

    Players who pre-ordered Quantum Break will receive the following via their message center:

    •Alan Wake’s American Nightmare (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

    •Alan Wake (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

    •Alan Wake : The Writer DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

    Same problem here. I got American Nightmare, but no others. Hopefully, the 7-10 days from launch holds true for the rest, I guess... The Xbox support rep I spoke with didn't offer much help and just sent me here.
