Missing Quantum Break Pre-Order Code for Windows 10 PC - Advised to post here

Microsoft support has advised me that a ranger said to post my issue here.

I pre-ordered Quantum Break on 4/4/16 and waited with many for the 5x5 redemption code. At first I thought there was an error, then I read the many complaints/issues and was advised it would take up to April 15th to arrive. On the 15th, I contacted Microsoft
about the codes. The lady nicely checked my purchase history and confirmed my purchase and advised that I would be getting this code shortly and not to worry, it was in the system and the roll out wasn't a specific date.

I was about to contact Microsoft again when several more days went by without the Xbox live message for the 5x5 code. Then on 4/22 I received the Alan Wake Xbox 360 code. I was encouraged hoping the PC code would finally be coming soon. Still nothing.

On May 9th, I contacted Microsoft again, took much longer but in the end, I was told I bought Quantum Break on 4/5/16 not 4/4/16 so therefore, I wasn't eligible for the pre-order code offer after all. I was surprised by the change in answer. However, I
knew that I had bought it on 4/4/16, not 4/5/16. To that end, I pulled my PayPal payment information and the actual Microsoft billing email that both showed 4/4/16. However, the "system date" on the transaction on Microsoft's end was 4/5/16 and now I was
told that they go by system date, not the actual date I bought it.

Not only does that seem misleading and dishonest, but the Quantum Break PC website states "Quantum Break Xbox One codes purchased at retail and inside bundles must be redeemed on the console or at Xbox.com by April 4, 2016 11.59 PM Pacific Time." I
purchased on the console 4/4/16 11:04 PM Mountain Time, which would be 10:04 Pacific Time. However Microsoft still states purchase was 4/5/16 5:02:02. No time zone noted. Microsoft, being US based, I would assume Eastern Time Zone would be the earliest.
That would be 1:02:02 4/5/16 so it doesn't explain the 4 hour variance. Not to mention that Pacific Time was noted.

I also thought Microsoft was in Redmond, Seattle, which again would point to Pacific Time.

Overall, my experience has been positive with Microsoft - being an owner of multiple Microsoft products for many years, as well as an original Xbox, Xbox 360 and Xbox One owner. I'm surprised by the run around on this, which appears to be system issue only.

I must say, Quantum Break is great, and I'd love to try in on my Windows 10 PC.

Quantum Break - Preorder Codes

I pre-ordered Quantum Break on the 21st February but I am yet to receive my preorder codes such as Windows 10 code for Quantum Break. I read your stickied post stating you sent out all the codes so I was just wondering what was up with my pre-order?

Xbox customer support told me to post here about my pre-order download code .

I did receive the download codes however, I didn't download it on my windows 10 PC immediately, so today when I decided to download it, the code was gone. In fact, all of the messages and codes I received for pre-ordering Quantum Break are gone.

Please help.
